1. Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 2–3 days of delivery.
  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 8–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

4. Exchanges

We allow size or defect-based exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact our support to arrange an exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will ensure a prompt replacement or refund.Damaged/Defective products Replacement/Exchange will be delivered in 7-10 working days
